Yes. The entire process is 100% remote: state selection, document filing, registered agent appointment — all from Morocco.

No. Non-residents can form an LLC without an SSN. You can get an ITIN later if needed.

Each state has different filing fees. The shown price includes state fees + our service. For the Starter package, New Mexico starts at 1,099.99 MAD and Florida reaches 1,849.99 MAD.

Timeline & Process

State filing is done the same business day in Wyoming and in 1–3 business days in the other states. As soon as the state approves your LLC, we request your EIN from the IRS: it is generally obtained the same day (U.S. business days), and the official IRS letter follows. You can track progress in the portal.

We review your info, file with the state, and track until documents are issued. Everything is visible from the portal.

Banking & EIN

Yes. Every package includes your EIN, obtained for you from the IRS, with the 147C letter. We apply as soon as the state approves your LLC: the EIN is generally obtained the same day (U.S. business days), and the official IRS letter follows.

After formation you'll need: Articles of Organization + EIN + Operating Agreement + passport. Some banks accept remote applications; approval is decided by each bank.

Once you have your LLC + EIN + U.S. bank account, you can apply to Stripe and PayPal. Approval is decided by each provider.
