Privacy Policy

The data controller is MYLLC, which operates the website myllc.io and is based in Rabat, Morocco.

For any question about your personal data, write to us at contact@myllc.io or on WhatsApp at +212 600 571 515.

• Contact details and messages: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, your preferred contact channel and the messages you send us (forms, email, WhatsApp).
• Account data: email address and password (stored in hashed form). If you use “Sign in with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and Google account identifier with us.
• Formation data: what is needed to form your LLC — details of the owner(s) and members, address, proposed company names, business activity, chosen state and package.
• Payment data: the bank-transfer receipt you upload and your payment reference; for crypto payments, the amount and payment status sent to us by NOWPayments. We never receive your bank card details or your crypto wallet keys.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, language, time zone and the advertising identifiers described in section 4.

Required fields in our forms are needed to answer you or to process your order; without them we cannot provide the service. Other fields are optional.

• To answer your requests and contact you on the channel you choose (WhatsApp, phone or email).
• To create and manage your account, process your order, file your LLC with the chosen U.S. state, apply for your EIN with the IRS and deliver your documents.
• To verify payments and send you service messages (verification codes, order updates, payment reminders).
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To measure the audience of our website and the performance of our advertising, including with Meta (see section 4).

We do not sell your personal data.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• myllc_lang (cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose.
• Local storage on your device: your display theme, your session when you are signed in, drafts of your forms and orders so you do not lose your progress, and the advertising campaign you came from (kept 30 days).
• _fbp and _fbc (Meta cookies, up to 90 days): set by the Meta Pixel, or by our site when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, to link your visit to that ad.

Meta Pixel. Our pages load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It tells Meta about page views and actions such as a contact request, a click on WhatsApp, an account sign-up, the start of an order or a payment.

Meta Conversions API. When you send a request, click on WhatsApp, create an account, place an order or pay, our server also sends this event directly to Meta. It contains, when you have given them to us, your email address, phone number, first and last name, country and our internal reference in hashed form (SHA-256), which Meta uses to match the event with a Meta account, plus your IP address, your browser information (user agent), the _fbp/_fbc identifiers and event details such as the order value. Meta uses these data to measure the results of our ads and to optimise their delivery, under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and object to this use of your data by writing to contact@myllc.io (see section 9).

We only share your data with the providers we need to run the service, for the purposes above:

• Hostinger: hosting of our website, database and files, and our email service.
• Google: only if you use “Sign in with Google”.
• NOWPayments: only if you pay in cryptocurrency.
• Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel and Conversions API (section 4), and WhatsApp when you write to us there.
• U.S. authorities and formation providers: the Secretary of State of the chosen state, the registered agent and the IRS (for your EIN) receive the information needed to form your company.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Forming a U.S. company requires sending the necessary information to the authorities and providers listed above, in the United States. Meta, Google and NOWPayments may also process data outside Morocco, and our hosting provider’s servers may be located abroad. These transfers are made because they are needed to provide the service you ask for or to use these providers’ services.

• Contact requests: as long as needed to answer you and follow up on your request; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Account, order and payment data: as long as your account is active, then for the period required by our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Cookies and local storage: myllc_lang 1 year, _fbp/_fbc up to 90 days, campaign information 30 days. Drafts stored on your device can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, restricted access to administration tools and time-limited links for documents. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the right of:

• Access to your personal data, including a copy of it;
• Rectification: having inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated, and data processed unlawfully erased;
• Opposition: objecting, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and objecting free of charge to its use for marketing, including advertising measurement with Meta.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@myllc.io from the email address you used with us, or contact us on WhatsApp at +212 600 571 515. We may ask for proof of identity before answering. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel): www.cndp.ma.

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service or provider. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
